Classroom Training with Instructor
The curriculum is designed and developed to achieve the company’s strategic goals. The content is delivered through instructor presentation and the participants are engaged by hands-on practice in a controlled environment. Discussion is encouraged in this type of learning approach.
Face to Face
ENG’s Face-to-face interactions with instructors and real-time discussions create an ideal environment for performance based training modules where learner needs Individual attention. On-on-One instruction allows individuals assigned time with the instructor. This training methodology enhances learning through group interaction, course content validation and instructor feedback.
Training can be delivered at the customer site or at a remote location.
E-Learning has transformed the landscape of learning and development. At a time when change is faster than ever, a key advantage of eLearning is that it has quicker delivery cycle times than traditional classroom-based instruction. The material is delivered electronically to the learner either as an interactive Video, Demo, or Presentation Slides. In fact, research indicates that eLearning reduces learning time by at least 25 to 60 percent when compared to traditional learning. eLearning cuts down on the training time required because:
- Learners set their own pace, rather than the pace of the group
- No travel time is needed to get to and from training events
- Learners can focus on specific elements of a subject they need to learn
To describe ENG webinars as ‘effective’ is an understatement. It is more important to ask: ‘What benefits do our webinars offer you?’ Webinars give you the opportunity to continue to reach your target group when the broadcast is over, since each webinar can also be watched afterwards. This enables you to increase both the reach and the impact of your message. With ENG Webinars you reach and engage a very specific target group, allow them to ask questions, or pose questions of your own to the participants. Thanks to the moderator led interaction during a webinar you gain insight into your target group. You can really get to know your audience, unlike during lower-quality webinars or physical meetings and events where attendees often merely listen passively.
Instruction can be delivered as effectively to learners either online or via correspondence. It is not always necessary for participants to be present in a classroom. Instructors use various media and communications technology to deliver and exchange content, hold discussions, test, evaluate, and validate course materials.
ENG Bootcamp method is used when there is a very short timeframe to train participants on a new software application, updates to a retiring version, and new system releases or business process. ENG can ramp up a team of professionals for the instant delivery of most content.
